Welcome to the CAG ERP Mobile App (“App”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the App, developed and maintained by Educron Pvt Ltd in collaboration with The Calcutta Gujarati Education Society. By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
The App is intended for use by authorized parents, guardians, and school staff. Access is granted via school-issued credentials.
We may modify features at our discretion.
Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. The school is not liable for errors due to network or gateway issues. Report issues to school administration.
All content and materials are the intellectual property of CAG School or partners. Reproduction is prohibited without permission.
Use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend access without notice for violation of these Terms.
The App is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages, including data loss or service issues.
These Terms may be updated. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under jurisdiction of Kolkata courts.
